Hong Kong House Chinese Takeaway

Visited on a couple of occasions. Food tastes good, however on our most recent trip after explicitly telling the staff we were vegetarian over the phone we unknowingly received some pork dumplings instead of vegetable. Really really disappointed and upsetting. Having not eaten meat in over a decade made us unwell. If you’re vegetarian vegan, avoid or approach with caution.

Best food but when you spend half an hour trying to order on a Saturday with no intention to answer is just rude.

Avoid save your money and go elsewhere. Salt and pepper chicken had no flavour other than plastic and was chewy like a rubber bands. Chicken in Fu Yung was grey. Maybe I have been spoiled by my usual Chinese (only used this one as usual is on holiday) but this was terrible and way below par. Waited 40 mins for collection opposed to the 20 mins I was advised. Took food back and was reluctantly given a refund. Never again!!

The best Chinese in Bexhill. Very tasty, non greasy, generous portions highly recommend
