How do you have an ice cream shop and not allow your customers to eat in the shop or outside when you buy a cone. Also no signs were out to notify customers. Tacky gestures from the young server girl were not welcomed either. Go somewhere else.

The Ice cream is very standard for what’s available in Germany- lots of ice cream with fruit or chocolate or nuts. We got the impression that we were being an annoyance just by sitting in the shop though.

Lady that works there extremely rude. After ordering, she said one price and when it was time for me to pay it was the other. And when asked about it, she rolls her eyes as if it was my fault for even asking. Ice cream was great, but she ruined the moment completely with her unprofessional behavior.

The ice cream was ok but the older lady serving the ice cream was rude to our kids. she woudn’t let them sit with the adults just because they wanted their ice cream in cones. just a few steps from there is another ice cream shop were they treat you better.

Really bad customer treatment, wouldn't recommend after the outraging acting from the staff also the food tastes worse, for that they have such expensive prices. A 2€ ice cup from a other shop have better flavours than this shop. Futhermore they didn't do anything with against the fume from the customers which causes that the ashes lands on the ice
