The food and overall service exceeded both my expectations and those of my date. The special sauce that Smokey served was fantastic. My date absolutely loved the rubber bear dish, and she's very particular about her rubber bears. I highly recommend dining here! View all feedback.

The positives: They have a good selection of drinks, and I was pleasantly surprised by the number of specials available when I visited on a Wednesday night, which made me eager to come back and try more. The seafood gumbo was delicious, served in a decent portion for $12, though it had quite a bit of black beans in the broth, which was unexpected but still enjoyable. The atmosphere is definitely lively and engaging—perfect for people-watching! The parking situation is also quite convenient for being in downtown Roswell. The downsides: The restaurant is surprisingly small, considering the size of the building. They seem to only occupy half of it, and I’m not sure what the other half is used for. The verdict: No significant downsides!
Unfortunately, after that moment, we felt completely ignored. We sat there, ready to order, and waited and waited. No one came by to check on us, say they would be right with us, or even offer us water. When you have a young baby, it feels like every minute stretches on forever. We noticed a server coming out and actively attending to the tables next to us, but we remained unnoticed. It was disheartening, especially when we were so eager to enjoy our meal. After about 15 to 20 minutes sitting there in the heat with our baby, we decided to leave, feeling disappointed. I understand that things happen, but what really stood out was the lack of acknowledgment or even a gesture as simple as offering water on such a hot day. We ended up going to Standard instead, where the experience was completely different. We were seated and served our food within 15 minutes of arriving.
I just came from my dog after home and had to share my experience with the staff at this wonderful place. I wasn’t with Wegman’s, as it changed names, but I’m going to make it a regular rotation. it was quite late, not to mention hot and damp, so no one was still on the terrace. I went through to let my dog get a drink out of the water bowl and cool off the fans. one of their employees, solomon, came by and quickly filled the bowl with fresh water and pellet ice! and who doesn't love pelleteis?! then another fellow worker came so sad that I didn't get her name out and brought me a cup of water with pellet ice! and who loves pellet ice not?! and I'm just going my dog. this friendliness is exactly what makes roswell so special. so in a shell...1 beautiful position inside and outside. the inner courtyard is beautiful and the plentiful fans made the warm tolerable. 2 friendly, friendly staff3. one of the few restaurants on Monday4. dog-friendly5. amazing menu and pellet eis!
I am obsessed with this place! Smokey, the manager, is also my favorite human ever and makes sure you feel welcome. We went there 2 nights in a row which speaks for itself!
