Sonic Drive-in - Roswell

The male drive-thru employee on December 4th repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to place my order, seeming more focused on rushing me than actually listening. It was a frustrating experience and the service was terrible.

The shakes were delicious, but unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. Not a single staff member smiled, making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. It appeared that everyone was focused on the drive-thru, neglecting the dining area.

I really enjoy dining at Sonic because the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is delicious, and the woman who assisted me was exceptionally kind and patient.

Do not order food from here! The woman at the drive through got our order wrong when we had repeated it multiple times to her, at the window also! We waited 20 minutes for our food when there was nobody there but us and there were 3 guys (who works there)sitting in the front playing on their phones. When we got our order they didn?t bring out the tater tots and we had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for them just to come out crispy and almost burnt. 0/10 wouldn?t recommend going

Well I went back giving them the benefit of the doubt, but was let down once again.???? ordered My burrito w/o onions and guess what? They put onions. Typical for this location. Go figure. The cooks are horrible. The car hop was pleasant . Only part that was positive. Very disappointing. They dropped the ball yet again. If you have a food allergy to something on the menu then don't eat there, they'll most certainly screw it up, awesome financial opportunity. This was the
