What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I went to order a sandwich and waited in line for 20 minutes to place my order and pay with a gift card. I even tried to call in my order, but I was informed that the iPad for phone orders was broken, so I had to come in person. While I was waiting, I noticed a poster for a new Baja bowl that looked delicious, so I decided to order it. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a poor choice! The bowl didn’t look anything... The service was extremely slow. I waited 20 minutes for my bagel sandwich, which is quite ridiculous, especially given that it was not crowded at all. After that long wait, the bacon on my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich turned out to be just bits from the bottom of the pan, not proper bacon strips. I also ordered an iced chai latte, but they mistakenly served it hot. When they finally remade my iced latte, it was just almond milk—essentially just iced milk. I requested a refund because the entire experience was disappointing. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this location has let me down; they have also messed up several of my orders when I did rapid pick-up.
I walked in and placed an order under the name Mike for a family breakfast, which included scrambled eggs and four sandwiches. Unfortunately, they didn’t give me the correct food; there was no sausage in my bag, yet I was charged $15.07.
I just had the strangest grilled cheese sandwich of my life. The bread was so fluffy, it reminded me of jelly, and the cheddar was completely flavorless. On top of that, I only ordered the grilled cheese and nothing else, yet I was charged $10.34! Ten dollars for a tasteless grilled cheese sandwich. Ah, gotta love capitalism, right? They can serve us whatever they want at whatever price they choose, and there's no one to hold them accountable.
Thank you to the staff at Panera Roswell Corners! I ordered lunch for 10 for meeting and they did a great job. Everything was packaged perfectly, ready right on time and tasted great!
Long time customer at this location (Café 202596) since they opened some 20 years ago. Unfortunately, I have to report this store has gone downhill over the last year or two. Quality of staffing being the primary problem, cleanliness being the second. Food taste and portion is still pretty good when they have what you want. Most recent experience on 10/2/22 for dinner. One person taking orders, lobby full of customers. Didn?t wait too long to place order (5 minutes) but waited 38 minutes (not an exaggeration) to get food and then didn?t have the bread we wanted for our sandwiches and no baguettes as a side option. Spoke to manager twice. He was gracious and polite (thanked us for our patience) but offered no solutions. From our perspective, covid is no longer an excuse. Don?t use it. It makes you look weak, unprofessional and reflects poorly on your brand. If you want to keep customers, return to sound business practices and traditional customer service. Keep a stack of cards for free pastries or soup handy for customers when you can't deliver on typical Panera goodness.
