Chick-fil-a - Roswell

Exceptional service and delicious food. The restaurant is very clean. It's the only fast-food chain where the staff truly makes me feel welcome. Generally, their team is friendly and accommodating.

It was time for an early lunch around 11:15, so the place wasn't too busy. I was greeted warmly with a smile, and my order was taken quickly. I opted for a chicken sandwich and waffle fries. The food arrived promptly at my table, and I noticed staff cleaning up as soon as diners left their tables. The sandwich was nice and hot, although the fries weren't as warm, but they were still enjoyable. You really have to appreciate the service at Chick-fil-A!

It's Chick-fil-A, what more can I say? The young male manager was very proactive, cleaning while I placed my order. The food was perfectly seasoned and served hot. Usually, the French fries can be a bit soggy, but these were crispy, seasoned, and hot—excellent! The young lady who took my order was also wonderful; she upsold my 30-count meal when I initially just wanted that and a lemonade. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, as all the staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their work at the restaurant.

SLOW. Took over 25 minutes for 2 salads, a sweet tea and chicken nuggets. That includes 10+ minutes sitting at the front of the drive-thru line waiting on food, and blocking traffic. I hope to food tastes good whenever it comes. Still waiting?

The service was incredibly slow, reminiscent of a thousand employees moving at a snail's pace. I ordered a simple sandwich, yet it took about 10-15 minutes to arrive, which I found quite bizarre.
