The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes, such as shrimp cocktail and ribeye that patrons rave about. Overall, Chicago's is a solid choice for a great dining experience, but some improvements are needed to ensure consistency in service and food quality.
Took a while to get a server to our table. I actually had to ask the hostess to send someone. Once we got past that, things improved. They have a varied menu selection. Everything we had was good (calamari, seafood and pasta special, shrimp and scallops). I can see going back, for a change of pace from the usual dining options.
Everything was seasoned to perfection and the customer service was amazing. I will return
We did not get served because there was a grease fire in the kitchen, but the staff was very polite and helpful
My girl took me for my birthday, and I took her for Mother’s Day. The service was great, the place was great, the food was delicious, and I thought it was reasonably priced. I got to meet the owner, and he’s a great guy too. If you want an elegant meal in a fun place, this is the place to go!
We live Chicagos but are very unhappy about the pricing these days. Can’t keep going at these prices anymore
