I decided to visit this restaurant after reading other reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype. While the place isn’t very fancy—so you might want to opt for takeout if you're looking for ambiance—we chose to dine in, and the food arrived piping hot and absolutely delicious. Aroma Indian Bistro is seriously the best Indian EVER! Always hot and fresh!! So flavorful and good portion sizes! The quality of the ingredients are unmatched. There?s no better place to go.
Hands down the best authentic Punjabi Food in the entire United States. Reminds me of Panjabi Dhaba/ truck stop in india. Great service. Great food. Only area of improvement is the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor and touch screen Register waslittle sticky, but the food and tables were clean the best. Ask for Indian spicy if you want spicy authentic Punjabi food fromPunjabi Chef.
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! It's such a hidden gem. The husband and wife duo running this restaurant are fantastic. I've been to many Indian restaurants, but none have reminded me of the authentic flavors of Indian cuisine. As an Indian, I know how difficult it is to find food that matches the real tastes from India, but Anup, the chef, really nails it. My husband discovered this gem during his trip to Georgia last week and told me about it. Today, we made the trip to visit, and I’m completely in love with this place. If you’re a foodie like us who appreciates genuine Punjabi food, then this is the spot for you—you won’t be disappointed!
Aroma is undoubtedly the best Indian restaurant in Louisiana. I've been to many other places, but the fresh and bold flavors here are unbeatable. The service is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It's a place I find myself wanting to visit at least once a week. Plus, they’re available on UberEats, which is a great bonus!

The garlic naan was particularly excellent. It was really convenient to have the food packaged in plastic containers, making it easy to take home leftovers. The portions are quite generous. I would have preferred to have silverware—or at least a large spoon—to make it easier to sample other dishes in a family-style manner. I’ll certainly return whenever I'm in the area!
