Even messages spoken on it do not receive any feedback. It's just audacious to screw over customers like that! Especially since it's not the first time like this. No matter how good the waffles and blinis are, customer service is the bottom drawer when ordering online. Especially when you aren't even informed that the order is late. There is simply no information at all. Definitely not a recommendation! Edit: The food still hasn't shown up and payment has already been made online.
