We ordered takeout that included Mahi mahi, chicken, fish tacos, and volcano cakes, and everything was expertly prepared and packed with flavor. The fish tacos were particularly outstanding. I also liked how the staff carefully packaged the desserts, which made it easy to savor them later without any mess (the ice cream was kept separate for the freezer until we were ready to enjoy it). We can't wait to return for an in-person dining experience!

The food is always fresh and incredibly ta... read more We've been visiting Idgie's for over 10 years with our daughters, and it has become one of our favorite spots in Red. The food is always fresh and incredibly tasty, accompanied by a great selection of drinks and a friendly staff. They have a solid menu featuring staples like curries, pasta, chicken, and fish, but they also offer a specials board with options like lamb, steak, and additional seafood. Each dish is served with a generous assortment of fresh, perfectly cooked, and perfectly seasoned vegetables, which is my favorite part! I highly recommend the baked Brie appetizer with roasted garlic, focaccia, and greens. Thank you, Idgie's!

The French style cuisine features... read more This is one of the rare restaurants where the chef truly puts in the effort to cook, rather than simply reheating easy dishes. The French style cuisine features high-quality meat and fish accompanied by fresh, warm vegetables and delicious sauces. While the decor could use a bit of an update, the atmosphere remains cozy. The staff is also very friendly.
