The owners and staff went above and beyond to make the event... read more We held my son's high school graduation party at Interstate Lanes, and it was perfect in every way. The owners and staff went above and beyond to make the event special for my son and his friends. The food was fantastic, and everyone had a great time bowling, eating, and socializing. Interstate Lanes is amazing!

Don 't know where to begin!From the day my daughter booked the party room for my 7 year old granddaughter until right after the party, it was disfunctional.She... read more Don 't know where to begin!From the day my daughter booked the party room for my 7 year old granddaughter until right after the party, it was disfunctional.She called to make some adjustments to her reservation, (additional guests . They told her she didn 't have a reservation.She already put down her deposit. They realized their mistake and changes were made.The day of the party as we walked in, there was another child 's party in the arcade area.We were escorted to the very last lane and into a 'Room ' and said this is our area.As soon as we walked in the room we looked all around and just shook our heads. Tables were set up but dirty and off to the sides were stacks of more tables against the wall and another wall had chairs stacked up. On another wall was a large white board and under it, looked like duffle bags on the floor along the wall.At one point, there had been a sliding room divider but was pushed back and was detached at the ceiling where it should have been on it 's track. If a child running past it and kicked it, it surely wound have fallen.In the room was a green door with no signage on it. We opened it and became nauseated! It was a bathroom with a completely FILTHY toilet with seat up. Obviously we did not use it.We brought cake and ice cream cups. The desk said they would keep the ice cream frozen.The children and adults bowled which was paid for of course. As the bowling was finishing up, my daughter went up and ordered the pizza and soda. (This order was put in when she booked the room. She did add 2 additional pizzas.We all went into the 'Room ' and opened gifts expecting this would be more than enough time for food and drinks to arrive.The staff was confused about this as well.After it finally came and everyone was done eating and ready for cake and ice cream.Here we go again! They said there was no ice cream. She figured that they probably gave it to the other party and said. Whatever.People were finishing the cake and ready to leave. At this point the ice cream arrived. Seriously?! They said they didn 't realize it was for our party.As we were leaving and ready to pass the desk, I stopped. I was completely and utterly mad and very disappointed.I asked to see the manager and a man stepped up and said, 'Im the owner '. I said follow me and walked back to the 'Room '.I began by telling about the dirty tables and unvacuumed floor. He blamed it on his night crew from the night before. I opened the bathroom door and he just stood back. I said no, come look at this toilet! He said it was out of order and should have had a sign on it. I pointed to the large duffle bags on the floor and he Said, it belongs to a school bowling league. As I turned to point to the falling divider wall, he interrupted and said what do you want me to do.He has an explanation for everything I said. He also said they had a lot of new staff.No typed of offer was made as far as a partial refund. Nothing!!What it boils down to is that, they only had room for 1 party and we was put in their 'STORAGE ROOM '!!!!Check it out in person before booking.
