My other friend and I opted for the fillet steak, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. The service was also excellent. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I... read more Hello Thought we would give the promenade a second chance after a bad steak night !!! Presentation was good,and service was good, but the steak was NOT good. I ordered ribeye (medium) it came rare(infact blue) and very tuff and full of sinues. I did tell staff,they offered to cook it again, but it was too late the moment had gone, and my wife had finished her meal. Then tried charging us £12 over the original price !!! Sorry but I won't be returning. Very disappointed. Wayne Morris

The food was delicious and of great quality, with everyone enjoying the variety on the menu. The prices were also very reasonable, with two courses for £13.95 and three courses for £15.95, making it exceptional value for such a high-quality Christmas meal. The restaurant catered well to all dietary preferences, including vegetarian and vegan options. Joe, the owner and chef, and his team went above and beyond to ensure our lunch was a success. The atmosphere was inviting and the service was excellent. The Christmas decorations, including the crackers, were top-notch. Joe even rearranged tables so we could all sit together, which made for a fun and interactive meal. Overall, it was one of the best Christmas lunches the Scrabble Club has ever had, and we highly recommend this restaurant to others.
