Contribute FeedbackRising Bridge McDonald's presents a mixed bag of experiences. While some patrons express frustration over inconsistent food quality, incomplete orders, and unprofessional service, others highlight staff dedication and exceptional service. Complaints include poorly prepared coffee, missing items, and disorganized drive-thru operations, contributing to a sense of disappointment. Conversely, commendations are directed towards attentive staff who provide prompt assistance, particularly in the dining area. The restaurant's commitment to the community, demonstrated through generous donations, adds a positive note. Ultimately, experiences vary widely, leaving diners questioning whether to return or seek alternatives.
I had decided not to visit this restaurant again, but due to limited options, I stopped by last Saturday around 12:35. It was busy, as I had expected. I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers, a Big Mac with bacon, and an Oreo McFlurry. When I reached the pick-up window, my receipt blew away, so I had no way to check my order. The McFlurry did not have a lid, and when I asked for one, I was told they were out. My order was handed to me in a brown bag, and when I went to the car park to eat, I found that the bottom of the Big Mac had fallen out of the box and into the bag. Unable to go back inside to complain, I ended up throwing everything away and going home unsatisfied. Despite my previous decision to never go back, I called McDonald's and they offered me a voucher and apologized. I accepted the apology but declined the voucher, as I am no longer interested in McDonald's. I have heard of many complaints about this restaurant, but I will not be adding to them. The service was subpar and unacceptable, and it is in desperate need of retraining and new management.
The drive-thru staff at this restaurant were rude and unprofessional. They need to be retrained in customer service. I will not be coming back here due to the awful service.
This restaurant is terrible. When we arrived at the drive-thru, we were informed that our order had been declined, so we had to drive around again. We decided to go inside instead. They were out of apple pies, chocolate brownies, and McFlurrys. Our order was incorrect with the wrong drink and a missing burger. To make matters worse, they served our food on a tray instead of putting it in a bag. We were so frustrated that we ended up taking the tray with us. I am beyond angry, absolutely furious. The tray is now in the garbage along with any remaining respect I had for this McDonald's. Disappointed!
Today, my daughter-in-law and grandson visited a restaurant for a treat. They used the drive-thru to order the meal, but were not asked if they wanted any sauces. When they asked for ketchup upon receiving the food, they were told it would cost 10p. Unable to pay with cash, my daughter-in-law questioned why they were not informed of this before paying. The situation escalated when the grandson became upset and started crying. The staff's reaction, including smirking, was not appreciated. The manager accused my daughter-in-law of being rude and shut the window, not allowing her to explain. Based on this experience, along with other negative reviews about cleanliness and staff behavior, it seems like the management of this restaurant needs to address these issues. My 7-year-old grandson no longer wants to revisit this establishment.
I want to give a huge thank you to McDonalds Rising Bridge for coming to the rescue! They generously donated 50 cups on short notice to Haslingden Primary School for teas and coffees to be sold at their Sports Day.
