Yesterday enjoyed a completely successful New Year menu in rural air liver caught. Was not our first and above all not our last visit there! Always nice and culinary highly recommended. My comment is about their online shop [hidden link] where you can buy food online. I was buying pig halves at 5,9€/kg since December 2023 and was at first really satisfied, both from price and from quality (December 2023 and March 2024). However, in May 2024 the price went from 5,9€/kg to 7,9€/kg and the quality went in the other direction. The pork had almost more fat than meat on it, and was costing me 33,8% more t...
