Hot Head Burritos - Ross

Food was ok. Food line was messy. Was sure if I wanted to order or not. Help was a little snotty.

No thanks. First and last trip... it's like Chipotle but with lesser quality ingredients... all of the meat options looks old/stale/gross... so I went with chicken... it just wasn't very good. Queso was good though.

There food is very wide ranged and they have very many sauces and the staff is very nice

I went into hot head, with a very open mind – believe me, I want new burrito places like! I ordered what I always at chipotle (and, it is set up very similar, they do, but have ground beef, queso, jalapenos, raw bevel and a tonne fun sauces! – white rice, black and pinto bean, pico, extra sour cream, white cheese (oh, yes, hot head had cheddar! and guacamole. and I had brought her to add a mist of chalula sauce to him!

I used to love this place,in Ross,Oh.but three different times I got carry out orders the rice was not done! The first time they made sure our meals were replaced, the second time they looked at me like I was not being truthful until I insisted they taste the rice they were serving, the third time I didn't even call or go back. I'm done. The one in Fairfield is good never had a problem.
