Wokinabox Rosewater

I've had great experiences here, but tonight I was wrong. they argued with me about whether my allergen food (prawns) was in my eating, although it was right in front of them and they did not go to recruit my meal until I refused to leave because I did not get $60 for my food to be wrong type: dinner price per person: $20–40

We reached the store at 9.38 pm on 30th March, 2022. We were about to order when we were told by the lady behind the counter that she can't serve us as she has to clean up the store and wind up by 10. We are regulars at this store and are never denied service whatsoever. We even tried telling her that the business hours show that you guys are open and we should be served but she bluntly denied service! Extremely aggravated by poor customer service, improper treatment and pathetic excuses! I don't recommend going to this store!

They put way too much soy sauce, borderline inedible.

Never again, I would order from this restaurant. They didn’t provide all the meals. I ordered.

I’ve had such good food here before but this time they put way too much soy sauce. like so much to the point i couldn’t eat it
