Me personally never ate at Wing Stop and not planning to (I'm more into healthy food not this garbage)... but my son, daughter their friends like to eat here. Yesterday on my way home my daughter texted and asked me to buy her some chicken. So I ordered whet she texted and total was about $10 and some change. The cashier told me it should be ready in 25-30 min. What? That's a long waiting time!!! So I dropped wifey home and got back in 25 min... and my chicken was ready. Got home and I opened the box to see what was their chicken all about... and to my surprise all I saw was 8 small chicken crumble nuggets for a whopping $10. I know the inflation is up and economy is not all that great but c'mon at least serve customers with slightly bigger size chicken. I was very very disappointed with their sizes. Me personally I'll never support such a business and besides that they didn't look appetizing at all. Parking lot was littered with trash 2-3 clear cups, a couple napkins one bag all throughout. Inside was decent and somewhat clean. They only get the extra star for the cashier being nice. Food 1 star Price 1 star Service 2 stars (long waiting time)

The first time I came here, I had to wait around an hour to get my 20 pc boneless wings even though the entire place was empty. Before that, I had to wait around 15 minutes to even be able to place an order because there was absolutely nobody at the register. The next time I came (which was today), I wasn't even able to order because they were already done for the day. It's literally the beginning of the day... how are you unable to take any more orders whether online or in-person? Overall, the food is great but the service is absolutely terrible and I'd avoid coming to this specific place if I were you. Other wingstops do it better

Cold food, bad service, and unacceptably long waiting times. Logan must work on his professionalism and the cooksneed to make sure the chicken is throughly cooked; 7 out of 15 pieces were under cooked couldn 't eat it. It seems as if wewere served fries from a previous order and attempted to charge me two dollars for sauce. Logan said that if I would have spentfive dollars more I would have gotten sauce and a drink, but did not inform me of that while I was on the phone placing my orderwith him. I asked for napkins, but received harsh brown paper towels meant for heavy duty clean up. After informing Logan that Iwill write a review regarding my experience, he said, so what people will order anyway. They also tried to charge me an extra$1.50 for all flats. The only thing good about my order was that the eight pieces of chicken ???? that I was able to eat waswell seasoned.
