When I arrived 20 minutes later and... read more The customer service at this restaurant was horrible. I placed an online order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes later and gave them my name, they took another 20 minutes to bring out the wrong order with the wrong name. Thankfully, I checked before leaving because they tried to argue that I was mistaken about the names I had given. Eventually, they found my order and started preparing it, but it took an hour to receive what I had originally ordered. To top it off, the staff member chased after me when I mentioned I had forgotten to pay, and only offered a half-hearted apology. Overall, the service was truly terrible.

I deliver for DoorDash at this restaurant every day and all the workers are incredibly disrespectful, especially the female employees. What happened to girl power? Why do they act so rudely? Additionally, the food is consistently undercooked whenever I dine in at this place.

Today I only had ridden with ranch and sniff. I could go to mcdonald. on the other day I got all the cheese wings. do not even order cheese wings. I had six wings of 16, which were ordered before. wrong taste too. I hate this place

The lady on the phone said it would be a 1.5 hour wait,... read more I called to place an order, as I usually do because this Wing Stop is conveniently located near my home. The lady on the phone said it would be a 1.5 hour wait, to which I responded with a polite "never mind." The lady then questioned why I hung up, suggesting I should have called back instead. It seemed like my call was an inconvenience to them. The staff appeared to be unprofessional and rude. I won't be returning to this restaurant, but there are plenty of other food options in the same parking area. My advice is that if they dislike their job or find it challenging, they should try to handle it better.
