Friendly staff. Yummy HongKong-style food and nice selections of dessert drinks. Love their Mango Coconut sago drink. The meals are nice portion, satisfying with a HK drink. I visit 1-2 times a week.

This is the second time I went to this place and it doesn't disappoint We tried their original bingsu and it's so yummy! We also tried the HK style french toast which was also good! Today we got 2 Brown Sugar boba with milk and salted cheese cream! Super yummy!! And the best part they had buy 2 get 1 free so I got the Iced Ovaltine which was yummy too!! I was so impressed by how the packaged our drinks so helpful

I was looking for a place to chill and hangout with some friends. Indoor seating is available, however you have to show proof of vaccination or allow them to take your temperature. No table service, order at the counter and they'll bring it to your table. The tables were well distanced. I ordered the mango coconut sago drink and the fried buns with sweetened condensed milk and it came fairly quickly. The drink was quite good fair amount of mango chunks and sago. The coconut milk wasn't too sweet. I really like the fried buns crispy, not greasy or overcooked on the outside the inside was soft enough to absorb the sweetened milk. will definitely return to try some of the other snacks on the menu. Overall, if your just looking for a place to chill and hangout and maybe study, this isn't too bad. There's a parking lot upper lot is small, but there's plenty of parking in the lower lot.

They had a great buy 2 get 1 free deal going on so I couldn't resist coming in. We got 4 drinks Oreo milkshake with crystal boba, iced ovaltine with boba, butterfly pea flower with milk and crystal boba, and matcha mango latte with boba and 2 orders of fried buns. I'm not sure if they were just having a bad night or what, but it just wasn't good. Not sure if they just hadn't had a chance to change out the oil or only have one fryer, but the fried buns tasted like onions. Onions and condensed milk are not a great combination lol. The butterfly pea flower milk tea tasted like unsweetened watered down milk tea and the matcha mango latte was almost inedible. The matcha was really grainy and the mango was sour. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and the ovaltine and Oreo drinks were as expected. Chocolatey and sweet.
