Absolutely love Pinkberry! They are what every other froyo outfit is trying to taste like. None come close. I get the original with strawberries and blueberries. Also really good with Nutella. My only complaint with this location is that the service is usually not great. Like getting dessert at the DMV. but it's a mall so anyone expecting top notch service is expecting too much. Great frozen yogurt but customer service is bad and it's not just one time, I get their yogurt with my kids everytime we go to the mall and every single time it's the same. There's like 2 same ladies with mad, frowny faces with no customer service whatsoever. Definitely need to pick up their game View all feedback.
They don't wash there hands ??they use the same gloves everything.. they are not very customer friendly always on the phone...
Rude employees, no samples, overpriced and the yogurt tastes like yoplait.

I'm allergic to nuts and I noticed that the employee used the same spoon from the nut toppings for the fresh strawberry toppings. It was for my partners order, but that was something I noticed. That's why I'm always so cautious at these types of places. Gotta make sure their practicing safe food handling.
I can’t tell if the Pink berry craze as the trend is what made it good, but I remember the yogurt tasting much better before. Now I feel like I’m getting ripped off instead if enjoying myself.Also ir seems like after so many years they would find some better flavors.Not a fan anymore. Too bad....
