Good pizza at the best price! I absolutely love the app and being able to totally customize your pizza exactly how you want it. The app is so easy to use, and you pay within the app so you just have to pickup your pizza from the contactless warming station by scanning a QR code. The customer service is very poor. I called to place a timed order, but the person on the phone did not confirm the order with me; they just said "eight" and ended the call. My sister mistakenly ordered the wrong pizza online, and they wouldn't help us correct it.
The quality has really declined. The ExtraMost orders are thinner and have noticeably less cheese and pepperoni; it feels like they are just swapping the ExtraMost for a regular $5 pizza and misleading customers. The staff also need to be more welcoming and friendly. After eating the pizza and Crazy Bread, my family ended up with upset stomachs, which was quite disappointing.
They immediately greeted me and the food smells delicious.. My 3 to 4? because I was not ignored as last time.
I just picked up my order and the dough was not done all the way through on the supreme pizza or the crazy bread. Spent over 35.00 on food that can't be eaten.
