Lefty's Cheesesteaks - Roseville

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. I ordered the Big Poppa burger and the garlic parmesan wings, and they were delicious! Al provided excellent service, making sure to highlight all of the different menu options. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The portions at this restaurant are large and have a really good taste. This was our first time eating here, but we will definitely be coming back. It is rare to find places that not only have good food but also provide excellent customer service. I would give it a rating of 5 out of 5.

First of all, I must say that I am not one to give out positive reviews easily. I typically find things to complain about. After a particularly terrible day at work, feeling defeated, I wandered around the shopping center for hours before deciding to grab something to eat. Despite my friend warning me about the high prices, I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, upon entering, I was greeted with a genuine smile and not just a fake one. The person who helped me, whose name I never caught (possibly a manager or team leader), was extremely patient and kind in assisting me with the menu. It's not easy to maintain such a positive attitude half an hour before closing, but he treated me with kindness. Even while preparing my food and cleaning up, he exchanged jokes and laughed with me. It's rare to find such genuinely pleasant workers these days, who go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and appreciated. Despite being nervous about the food quality after such amazing service, my sandwich was delicious. I had the beef and cole slaw on rye bread, which was also very tasty. I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be returning. I hope the staff realize the impact their positive attitudes can have on a customer's night. Terrible experience. they are making my order consistent. this last time I was on the break from work and had no time for her to make it again, so I wanted a refund. they told me no, they won't pay back my money and I had to wait for the sandwich or work too late. I have never seen in my life that a food and drink place refuse a refund when it melts. never spend your money with this franchise, I won't.

This is my first time eating here. I walked in and no sooner as I opened the door, I was greeted. The young man Jalen walked me through the menu and made me feel at ease. I got the lefty cheesesteak and it was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I also got Oreo cheesecake for later lol. I believe Jalen is the reason this experience was great and I can’t wait to take my wife there to eat. Thank you Jalen for the great customer service and the excellent food.
