Kfc - Roseville

The pommes were great. the Ky wings were average. the service was bad. the person on the running gear thru was untrained or very new, either so they did not need to order on the running gear thru. they did not have any customer service label. I didn't get what I wanted in the combo, I wanted to get pommes and kartoffels, so I returned this and got the pommes. then did not discover the cookies. it did not go back.

Eating was very good, people friendly. we ordered 2-3pc meal and 2-2pc meal. but only rank up 1- 3pc meal. ok my fault I guess I didn't check the reception properly....but we ordered an additional page on all 4 meals...only 1 extra, that should have been kartoffel. that made me feel a lot. fortunately, we had also ordered large sides of kartoffels...but we spent 60 bucks to screw up our dinner all....not sure if I will be back.

The young ladies and the manager would not honor in there $24 chicken thing instead they were trying to sell $34 of all white meat cuz they said they had no dark meat instead of compensating me and being speaking nasty towards me and I will never go back to KFC on Gratiot and Roseville

I was at the Roseville KFC on July 2, 2022. The guy who took my order was a nice guy. However, when I got my food, the coleslaw was missing. I was going back in line when this strange looking man walked in and asked me was I in line. I said yes but he could go before me. Bad idea. Even though he was reading his list from a small sheet of paper, it took him 10 MINUTES to read it to the cashier!!!! This joker bought $92 worth of grub!!! After that he still ordered a couple of more things!! When it was my turn again finally, some lady right next to the cashier finally opened up another line. However it seemed like she did it to spite me!! I told the guy they forgot my coleslaw and he was cool about it and gave it to me. I also ordered an extra piece of chicken and for some reason that took an extra few minutes!! Even the guy who took my order asked his coworker about the extra piece. The lady coworker asked me if I ordered the extra piece of chicken and I said yes then she said here!! Well excuse me lady!! Taking this long made me miss a chunk of a tv show I wanted to watch!! Also is it me or are there only 2 cultures that work at KFC Roseville? When I go to other fast food places in Roseville, I see a wide variety of cultures, but not at KFC!! Oh well.

Food was hot but the staff was RUDE!!!! can in to 0lace and order and there was two ladys in front of me, so the young lady came around corner and Sen thre of standing there and said DAM, The Manger then said to her do you have alot of door dash orders and before she could reply he said to us you guys have togo threw the drive threw but nobody was talking to us but they where talking about us we all turned around and left , I couldn't leave I was picking up the food for my sick aunt and she wanted the mash potatoes. then I got my food from the drive threw and the young lady just gave me a dirty look and stared at me until I pull off because I said to manager before I left we have been standing here and nobody is acknowledged us but we can hear you talking about us. never going back
