The restaurant was understated, but they did a great job with participation in everyone fast. I guess people who work hard! The food was fine and the prices were great, especially with inflation on the rise. The restaurant was also very clean. The food came quickly after our order and you can expect to eat about 10-15 dollars per person. No bad place for breakfast. View all feedback.
The restaurant had a simple charm, but the staff really excelled at providing quick service. They clearly work very hard! The food was good, and the prices were excellent, especially considering the current inflation. The place was also very clean. Our meals arrived shortly after we ordered, and you can expect to spend around $10 to $15 per person. It's a great spot for breakfast!
One fantastic feature was that the menu, including the children’s menu and a detailed “sewing” (likely a typo for "serving") sheet, was available online and easy to download as a PDF. This made it super simple to decide what to order at home in advance. We ordered the Huck’s combo, Garden Scramble, Chicken Waffles, and two kids' combos, which included pancakes, bacon, eggs, and juice. We also got some side dishes: Biscuits and Gravy, an Huckleberry Muffin, and the shareable Beignets (which came with three and were delicious; honestly, they could have been served as six portions!). Everyone loved their meals and seemed happy. Most of us only managed to eat half and took the rest home for breakfast the next day. A few dishes could have used a bit more salt, but I prefer that to them being overly salty, which is harder to fix. After having a handful of disappointing experiences last year, it was such a delight to find a great breakfast spot! We will definitely be returning and will recommend this place to our friends. The prices were very reasonable—around $10-15 for an adult meal and $9 for a kids' meal, which is great for a cozy restaurant.
The restaurant serves delicious large portions that are ideal for sharing! The waffle fried chicken stack featured tender chicken that was neither greasy nor overly breaded or fried. It was perfectly complemented by the sweet and savory flavors of the chicken, syrup, and creamy Sriracha sauce. Having grown up eating a lot of eggs from our pet chickens, I can confidently say that the boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. A good restaurant knows how to prepare eggs well! The pancakes were also fantastic, and as someone who is very particular about pancakes, I was really impressed.
This place is good, affordable and their portions are great! I had breakfast and it was delicious! Definitely the star of the place, their home potatoes are average I had to make it even for season. The toasts are what you expected. Another cool thing is that they give you 3 eggs with your order, which is great because most places just give you 2 eggs. The staff was friendly. I would recommend this place for food and aesthetics!
We got there before the rush came in thank goodness because this place is popular! As it should be! We had amazing food, the waiter was super friendly. She forgot to bring my toast but hey she saved me from extra carbs I guess. The portions are amazing. The ambiance is nice. I love that is not crowded with tables there is space for the waiter and guest to move about and not being next to someone else’s face while eating. Needless to say this is my new favorite breakfast spot! Oh and get the beignets!!
