I had an amazing experience at Dutch Bros! The employee who assisted me outside was extremely friendly and made my day. We had a great chat about the upcoming NFL playoffs and I found out he's a big NFL fan too. I'm grateful to have met him and learned his name. Special shoutout to Rai! Employees nice af love them!! Has longer lines at 4-7 pm and right around noon.
My go to coffee place. Love their nitro cold brew and all the new coffees they come up with. Do not skip going to this place. You will regret it.
Awesome place, Awesome drinks. I personally enjoy their friendly atmosphere but some people do find it unbearable. In my opinion tips should be abolished as a normal expense for the customer and the employees should just have their wages higher, but cause consumers are dumb and companies want all their costs relinquished on the customer it won't happen. Not saying tips shouldn't exist. But they shouldn't supplement the companies wallets.
The employees are happy and talkative. They are very personable. Most importantly, they are dependably open, not like their famous competitors.
This is my third time coming here since I usually come here when I work nearby during the weekends. The service is amazing as always. I ask for suggestion alot since (I'm not much of a tea person) and most of the outcomes have been satisfying overall. The staff and servers are friendly and I don't mind chatting with them. (this is the double rainbow (suggested) after I got off work today)
