Does the management even care about this location? They can never get the pizza right. Although they claim it takes 20-30 minutes to prepare, I always give them the benefit of the doubt and take 35 minutes to arrive. Yet, when I get there, I’m told it will take another 20 minutes. This place is poorly managed, and it's clear that there are significant operational issues. They need to get it together. View all feedback.
I told them we won?t be coming back after what they?ve done with their phone system. You go through another party which sounds like it?s from another country and it is nothing but a pain in the rear. So instead of going straight to the store the recordingsays press 1 to place your order and then you get somebody from India. I tried it several times last week hung up on theperson because I just couldn?t take it! It was very aggravating and when I picked up the 3 different pasta dishes and got themhome I was shocked because the size was cut down tremendously with a much smaller portion. We?re done! Bye
Elijah was super polite and apologetic about the lateness of the order. But the fact is that it took 2 hours to receive a delivery and the dipping sauce was missing. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with an order, but it is the first timeit's been bad enough to write a review about it. Avoid delivery if you can.
The pizza was tasty, but the service at this location today left something to be desired. I ordered the pizza for pickup at 6:40 PM, and the app kept indicating that it would be ready between 7:00 PM and 7:12 PM. It wasn’t marked as "in the oven" until 7:12 PM, and it was finally ready by 7:20 PM. We ordered two pizzas, but there seemed to be a mix-up: one was piping hot, as if it had just come out of the oven, while the other had already cooled down considerably. Additionally, despite there being a Quality Check process for orders, mine was incorrect; I had ordered a combo without mushrooms and received one with mushrooms instead. When I took it back, the staff was willing to remake it, but I was informed I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I’m giving it three stars because, overall, the pizzas were good. This was my first visit to this location, so it’s possible the staff was just having an off night.
I just received this delivery at my door, and no one is answering the phone. This is unacceptable!
