I would give a 5 star, but I do not get my waffle, which I paid extra for. This is the second time. I did not say it the first time, as I figured it was an oops. But now that it's happened again, I feel it necessary. View all feedback.
What Mary R doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
The Reese's peanut butter 6 pack ice cream had no Reese's peanut butter or anything like that. Just like butter cream cupcakes...: and I didn't order cupcakes either. They get 2 stars because what they did give me was sort of tasty ... just not what I ordered View all feedback.
My experience here at this location was horrible I came in asking about how the flavor system works and how many we could have in a cup. I was attended by a young blonde girl and a red head girl with freckles who were very rude to me I came with my little sisters and they were still deciding what flavors they wanted. They just gave a dirty look of impatience and she had askif I wanted toppings I said no but later changed my mind and she was annoyed when I wanted toppings again. She basically lookedshe didn?t want to work there. I don?t know why she is working in customer service. I came out the store feeling very angry withhow they treated us.
Ordered a Ice Cream cake from the location in advance. It was not what I ordered. The cake part changed from chocolate to yellow cake without my knowlegde. No one called me or let me know there was a issue with the cake. This was for a birthday that nightand a 25 min drive each way I was not able to get back over there. The cake was a flop for the party because the person whosbirthday it was for hates yellow cake.. Called in that night and told them the issue and was told a Manager would call me backwithin 24 hours and never heard anything from them. Emailed in to coldstone and they have not responded back after 4 days. Sucha huge let down. Will not be doing that again. Beware when ordering a ice cream cake that you may place the order how you likebut they will change it without even telling you they did. Not even when you pick up the cake.
The counter tonight was ran by 5 teenagers . One teenager in particular was rude with no manners. Young blonde female, who 's response to everything was yep . Ice cream served by her was already melted . The line was almost out the door. One of theemployees, a young boy was just standing behind the counter talking and distracting the girls who were trying to help customers . If this is the future of customer service , we are all in for a real ride the next 10 years
We came today on a busy Saturday night. When I say BUSY, I mean line all the way to the outside of the store. The staff was working hard there were about 4-5 employees and they were in my opinion doing the best they could. We had Bryce and Ashlei helpmy family, there were so patient considering I had a 3 and 7 year old. I want to thank both Bryce and Ashlei for their kindness,great service and friendliness despite being under a lot of pressure for the amount of people, I think they did exceptionalwork. Keep it up guys ! All rushes are temporary , you guys killed it ????
We waited 50 minutes in line to get three small ice creams. Not sure if they?re not enough staff members, but to me, it was a long time to wait. For every costumer?s order you have two or three employees working on their order, one ice cream at a time.Also, while mixing the ice cream, they were touching their faces without changing to new gloves or washing your hands. Not agood experience!
