I went to this Burger King at 3:15 in the afternoon you had five pain customers in the parking lot. But the restaurant was closed you had four homeless people in the restaurant no . The manager of this restaurant should be fired workers are outside talking on the phone and smoking cigarettes are you kidding me. Have a good day

Corporate absolutely needs to step in on this franchise. The entire city of Roseville knows how terrible they are here. We go here because it 's close and hope maybe this time it 'll be different. Maybe corporate came in and reset the standards . Between them taking forever to actually speak when you pull up to a completely empty drive thru to them deciding when they 're going to stop selling lunch items even though the mobile app hasn 't switched over. I swear this is the absolute last time I go here. I 'm hoping to speak to the general manager because this cannot be up to company standards. We 're out of the pandemic. Fire that team and start fresh. Especially that ghetto night crew.

The service was decent, I went through the drive thru. However, I'm quite disappointed with my meal. I ordered the classic chicken wrap and what I received appeared to be one chicken tender inside of a wrap. I was not pleased AT ALL.... but at least the shake machine works at this location.

I placed an online order at the wrong location I tried changing it I tried getting a refund and they won’t give me a refund but a $5 coupon what is that going to do? Worse franchise I will never come back to this location. Manager wouldn’t even help me with my issue. Do not come here they won’t give you your money back.

I asked for more salt and the drive thru lady said ain't that a condiment damnit Lmao made my day definitely coming
