Buck Sadie's - Roseville

I so wanted to like Buck Sadie's because the menu sounds delish, but sadly, after eating there I was underwhelmed. We ordered two burgers, Mac Cheese, with no additions and drinks. The Mac Cheese was rotini in a slightly yellow watery liquid. It honestly tasted like someone took half a flavor packet from some Kraft Easy Mac and added nonfat milk and water to hydrate. The Shroomy burger technically had mushrooms but my wife had to open the burger up to look for them. My Bacon Me Love You had a small fried onion ring on a super oily brioche bun, fortunately the bacon was cooked correctly. The fries were kettle chip crunchy and cold. The staff was friendly and the restaurant looks great though. A little too pricy for so much fail in one trip, so we probably won't be trying again. Best of Luck Buck Sadie's.

Good food for such a casual joint! They offer burgers, salads, mac n cheese, and plenty of popular kid items such as grilled cheese and hot dogs. The fries look delicious. The service is very good. Atmosphere is great.

Cooler Fleck... Order at the counter and they bring it to you and they have a bar. Got the 10 pieces wing special with Louisiana dry rub and medium sauce and the Cajun frits.

We came here this weekend when we had family in town for my daughter's 4th birthday. Eating was great, but the really impressive was an employee named Lee, who is beyond and beyond excellent customer service. He went out of his way to celebrate my daughter and we were blown away from his kindness. If the owner reads this, please know that you have a fantastic crew and this man is especially a really special person. Thank you, Lee.

I ordered dinner for the anniversary of my parents online (per their request). When I came to pick up, I was hung up when I told her my name. When I called again a minute after waiting, they did not answer (they had 6 employees and they were not busy/packaged). I had to go inside because I waited so long. The two girls behind the counter were not very polite and the one hanging on me went out of their way to never look at me. When I finally got the food home, I discovered that my burger was just a patty on salad. There was no bacon (it is a Bacon Me Love you burger, finally) that was extremely disappointing. Even more because I have already paid the full price, although I have not received any of the other components due to my food intolerances. I didn't want to call at that time because my parents only wanted to eat dinner after I had to wait so long and I thought my call would probably be suspended or ignored again. I have contacted the company that I have ordered about the experience as they are the ones that have taken my money and the receipt mentions refunds, but two days later they let me know that they have nothing to do with it. Apart from all this, the Burgerpatty is only subpar.
