I really like going to A&W/ KFC. I was excited when I moved to the area to find this one here. I've gone three times ad every time it was worse and worse. 25 minute wait time for chicken not having multiple sides and some of the worst customer service I've ever had. The person at the window was extremely rude and refused to assist with reception or provide a refund. I attempted to speak with the management, but was told that they were unavailable. View all feedback.
The chicken is always super hot and fresh. They will give you as much sauce as you need with not charge. The chicken wings... so good.

It was a wonderful fast food opportunity, because it was the Kentucky fried Chicken :
Food was great but what sucks is 1: the line was legit 3 cars but we waited close to 15 mins and 2: they only gave us 2 sauces for the whole meal
