My sandwich was fresh which was very nice , but my jalapeno poppers had been sitting for a while which made me sad. I traveled quite a distance because I was craving those poppers next time before I order will inquire have they been sitting or are they fresh ijs. View all feedback.
What Johnathon Deckow doesn't like about Arby's:
they were in order, but had to wait for my food and didn't get a polite drink and they didn't give the sauce I had asked and I had to come out of my car to get it. then the girl asked me if I had asked for something and I said yes, I did. everything I can say is that they need better customer service skills! Great service! but I should add what you should add with the remaining sauces with hot sauce packs.
I ordered the French dip without au jus sauce to-go, but overall I was disappointed. After driving 6 miles back home, I found that the sandwich was dry and lacked flavor.

The big girl who works today the drive-dru window is very rude. 2x ignored me closing the window in my face when I asked for sauce. it must go back in the back when it has a problem with customers asking for a simple question.
Not a big fan of fast food...but we needed to get some food. I ordered the chicken ranch with curly fries. Not going to complain it was good.
