One of our best dining experiences in Tasmania. Before lunch we did a wine tasting which really helped pair some great wines with our meal. We had the most decadent oven baked while Brie for an entree with a glass of Riesling. The special of the day was a slow cooked brisket with sweet potato mash which was amazing. Can't recommend this place high enough! Amazing AMAZING food!!!!! Matt catered to our vegetarian needs without fuss. If you have the chance to try the Cygnet mushrooms... do it! By far the best dish I have ever eaten... big call, but I've called it!

Luke and I have been probably a dozen times over the last 8 months, and done both lunch and dinner. Matt does a fantastic spread every single time, we've never had a disappointing dish there.
