The location is lovely, the food overall is good with some dishes very good and others only average. We made the mistake of ordering one course at a time as we weren't sure how much we could eat. The antipasta and drinks came promptly. We ordered prima and waited and waited. After more than an hour two dishes came. The quality and the taste of these plates were sublime. We took the swordfish paccheri and the swordfish with lime and orange. Well done La Vela!
Everything we ordered was delicious. The kids loved the fresh seafood. Friendly service, beautiful setting.
