We prefer the Stube part of the restaurant instead of the more formal dinner and very enjoyed the company of Bavaria ... and their beer on Hahn. We also spent the night at the Hochsteiger Gasthof. I made the non-refundable booking for the wrong date, but the owner said it was ok and let go. I wanted to forget breakfast: finely tuned eggs every style, all kinds of ham and cheese, various types of excellent bread. For all these delicacies, we have almost ashamed... Euro 5 (five) to pay a person. Don't tell anyone about this place.

They had a band, many local beers, a great goulasch soup and a jaegartoast with ham, cheese and mushrooms that was really good. I would definitely recommend the place. The staff was patient with our broken German....
