Finally, a good restaurant is back in this beautiful old building. For breakfast as well as for dinner we have visited the dyer so far and have never been disappointed. In the evening there is an ingenious, relaxed, private atmosphere on the first floor. The card in the evening changes daily, for this there are high-quality, honest food. A real recommendation! Update: Every time excited! More customer service is hardly possible. These exquisite dishes (also to take away) ...what you want more. A rareness in today's time. After the first visit we picked up our regular table in the Faerber. After the fourth visit we are still thrilled. The ambience is very successful and the service is super friendly and competent. On the small but fine changing card there is something for every taste. The ingredients are high quality, each individual component perfectly matched to each other and give fantastic dishes that just taste delicious. Ceviche, Sardines, Ochsenbäckchen, Rouladen and Swordfish incl. Citrus salads were perfectly prepared, there is actually no increase possible. I need the recipe from the exquisite potato tart, it has pushed my previous favorite from the throne. The Schokomousse, by the way, also best I had so far. Bonfortionös!
By chance, a thanks to the universe for that! The service was very friendly, fast and accommodating; some operation could cut off a disc! The lunch offer (4 for 15€ wine or beer (water is half a liter), a small salad ( Delicious with pumpkin seeds, late zle with chicken and mushrooms (very delicious and fresh and then a fine espresso! Who is not satisfied and well saturated here does not know what is good! Very recommended! If I'm back in Rosenheim, I'll definitely be over! Thank you very much.
At this moment we sit here and celebrate a birthday. I have to say honestly I am thrilled! Willi's service is perfect and responds to special requests with best commitment. The Rouladen with Rosenkohl were also a poem. Can I recommend to everyone
