Taco Bell - Rosenberg

This is a KF Bell combo store. We had chicken. Typical good KFC chicken. Love the mashed potatoes gravy.

Usually no issues here. Food is always good but have noticed the bean burritos are smaller, they are not filled all the way.Inside could definitely use a very good scrub.

Jose G. was the young man at the register yesterday evening. Honestly speaking…he was the only pleasant part of the whole experience.Evidently the kitchen staff/crew members do not understand the importance of customer service and making the orders according to when they were ordered. I was literally waiting for my order for almost an hour. This is unacceptable. I also observed how others were treated and disrespected by the kitchen staff when inquiring about their orders. A little honesty goes a long way. I saw others who ordered way after myself and others before me, who were in and out of the restaurant within a very short period of time.Thank you Jose G. for your exceptional customer service! He was the only one who was polite, communicated effectively, and apologized for the delays.

Just ordered A Nacho Bell Grande and asked and paid extra for add-one didn’t get them called multiple times no answer this was by far the worst service I’ve received from a Taco-Bell!!!’

The customer service was outstanding and the food was excellent !!!!
