Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Possibly the worst burger I've had since I can remember. Small, dry and nasty. I will never order from there again. No wonder they are closing restaurants

You need to figure another way to pay the bill maybe staff can accept the payment

4-27-2024 Had breakfast on Saturday my pancakes were cold and had eggs shell in my eggs also the pancakes syrup was cold. Asked my server why he told me that they usually heat it up. He brought me new pancakes and hot syrup. Went to check out and I let the cashier know she called her manager over and she took 3 dollars and something off my bill but it was my pancakes that were cold still paid full price for my meal. And I still tip him $10.00 should of given him 5.00 dollars but I know people are going through hard times. I won't be back anytime soon. Also the table a cross from me their food was cold as well I guess it's a thing that they do here at this location.

Just finishing up our breakfast and SO disappointed! Not only did they mess up my order and forget the ham but when he finally brought it out I took a bite of it and the ham was spoiled and smelled so bad we thought someone in the restaurant hadn't showered! The manager did not care at all,she just asked if I wanted something to replace it! Ruined our breakfast and didn't even offer a discount!

Neat stuff there that you don’t see in other places and a lot of nostalgia items in Sodas and Candy. Customer service is slightly slow and they DO NOT GIVE MILITARY DISCOUNT (Not nice ? . The Military serve and fought for our Country so Crackle Barrel can serve their customers freely
