There were only a few young staff members working, and the lack of organization was disappointing.

I placed my order online, which was supposed to take 16-20 minutes, but I arrived 30 minutes later only to be told by a rude cashier that my order hadn’t even begun. To make matters worse, I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes! The chefs seemed to take their time, chatting and texting instead of working. I will never return to this place again. At least my food was hot when it finally arrived.

Additionally, they forgot to include my fries, and the ranch dressing leaked all over the bag because it was carelessly packed. I went back to exchange my order, but it took a long time – I waited 45 minutes after placing my online order! To make matters worse, while I was there, a young lady had to return for her order because they messed it up too. I understand they can be busy, but they clearly don’t seem to care about their customers. I won’t be returning to Wingstop again. By the way, if you Google “feathers on my Wingstop chicken,” you’ll see that this issue happens frequently, which is just absurd. They really need to consider switching suppliers.
