Our food was good, our server, while nice, did not live up to my normal expectations. We had to constantly ask her for things..towards the end of our meal, she explained that her shift was ending, so she wanted to settle the bill..we were not done eating, and might have had some dessert or even drinks. Never have I ever had a waitress tell us we had to settle the bill because she was leaving..usually, a server hands... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Ram Brewhouse Rosemont:
I visited this restaurant before a show at the Rosemont Theatre, and it’s a fantastic location for that. The food was surprisingly good; I had their Red's IPA, which I really enjoyed. The service was a bit off, but since we had a new server, I can’t hold that against them. The place itself looked a bit worn and could use some updates. The atmosphere had a cozy, casual vibe. Hostess was not at her post for about 15 minutes, after a huge line collected behind us
To start the service was great!! Our waitress was so sweet and nice. The food was just ok nothing special. Our sons soda was just seltzer water no syrup, when we told the waitress she got him a new one but it was the same.. she felt so bad but we just had him drink regular water. The price was fine just the food was just ok.

A friend and I had lunch at Ram since she was staying at the Westin. The food was excellent and we had great service. The atmosphere was very warm and we enjoyed our lunch at the restaurant. I feel it was a great fine near the airport hotels.
