The food was very good, the rest of the visit was a mixed bag. We had specified that it was a special occasion, the host never looked, never mentioned it. Then we were seated, and waited a long long time for the server to come over. Eventually he did. He took our drink orders, two waters and an iced tea. He brought them, but we asked three times and are still waiting for the sweetener. He took our orders and we waited a long long time for the orders to arrive. They did, and the food was very good. The server never returned to us until long after we were finished. At a table next to us, a couple was seated. They waited so long to be helped. They left. They told the same host who seated us why they left. He shrugged. Finally, a table near us spilled a drink on the floor. They cleaned it up and placed a yellow wet floor sign there. Except the sign was filthy. Really filthy. There was a manager, we believe, present. He walked around a lot, never came over and did not seem to note any of the problems going on. Again, a mixed bag.

Dietary restrictions: I enjoyed a completely corn-free pizza that was delicious, topped with chicken and made with a potato crust instead of traditional white flour. The sauce is free from corn syrup and there are lots of other great ingredients. Parking: The handicapped parking spots are not as conveniently located to the entrance as they could be. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessing the restrooms from the bright and inviting upper entrance might be challenging for those in wheelchairs. The restrooms are quite far away, requiring a trek through the downstairs bar and dining area, which can be difficult for individuals with mobility issues. It might be worth considering another entrance that is closer to the required facilities.

It probably helped that it was not even 1/4 full most were dining outside; typical summer Saturday night in Villanova. Great expansive menu; good mix of app's, entree's, salads, etc. Some salads seemed a little pricey (ex: $20) for the size and type/amount of proteins. But overall a very good experience.
