The food was excellent, and the prices were just as we anticipated. Oscar provided attentive service, making our visit even more enjoyable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to unwind at Basil's for drinks and a late dinner. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We look forward to coming back again.

The Ba... read more I absolutely love this place! I attend a conference here every year, and Carlos, Fernando, Juan, and Oscar at the bar always provide exceptional service. The Basil Burger is simply delicious! While some items on the menu could use a bit of improvement, it is bar food after all, and the prices reflect that. Plus, who can complain about the free happy hour every day? There's no need to leave the hotel—the Basil team takes care of all your food and drink needs.

Oscar was attentive and spot on service. After a rough day of flights, it was nice to be able to go down to Basil's for drinks and late dinner. Thank you for a great experience. Will return.

Like... read more I brought a group here from the convention when we were in search of food. They were able to accommodate all of us with no advance notice, which was great. Like everywhere in this area, this place is overpriced. Service was awesome. I first ordered the steak, rare. It came out with roughly the consistency of boot leather. Almost impossible to cut with the steak knife, much less actually chew. It was, I think, the worst steak I had ever had in my life. I know it's a hotel restaurant, but for $30, I expect more. However, the waiter was willing to send it back, and I ordered the chicken BLT instead. The chicken BLT was delicious. So, even though it's a bit overpriced, I'm still giving this place five stars for fixing my dinner and getting me something tasty.
