Personally, I prefer it over McDonald's, but that’s just my opinion; others may prefer Burger King, which I’m not a fan of. The main drawback is the long wait times and the staff's lack of engagement. They seem distant, barely making eye contact or showing any emotion when you speak to them. I’m not sure if this is due to workplace issues or something else. It was 2 PM when I visited, and the restaurant was nearly empty, yet there was still a small line because the food wasn’t moving quickly.

The service was terrible. I waited 15 minutes for two burgers, and there was no one else in line. The staff member didn't offer any explanation or apology. read more The service was terrible.
