By the way, I just had the best Siu Mai I’ve tasted in 7 years! What’s even more special is that every customer and employee here speaks either Cantonese or Toisanese, making me feel right at home, like I’m with my grandmother. I dream of one day making a pilgrimage back to my ancestors in Guangdong Province. I even had the chance to meet my Guma Aunt and her friends from Hong Kong!
