Phở Pasteur - Rosemead
Phở Pasteur
Description
A neighborhood staple known for fast, flavorful pho, beef and fried catfish at affordable prices. Regulars praise the quick service and satisfying plates, while the dining room is plain, busy and unapologetically no-frills. Visitors should note inconsistent staff behavior, occasional strong bleach odor in parts of the restaurant, and subpar restrooms. Ideal for pho lovers and quick, budget meals — just don’t expect refined ambiance or spotless facilities.

This place has been around forever. Still very good. Not sure why there are bad reviews. Delicious Pho. Not as cheap as it use to be. But then again, nothing is.

Pho Pasteur, our go-to place for fast, inexpensive, good pho. Nothing fancy, in fact, plain, almost dumpy, but the food is good. Bathrooms: eww (but kinda expected.
I feel this is the best Vietnamese rice noodle in Los Angeles, especially the second one in the second category is super delicious!
