I would say they are the best in my opinion when it comes to quality. However, I was recently unhappy and let down by the service I experienced. What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Horrible place! Terrible service! Asked for teriyaki sauce twice and the workers did not give any! Used to go here all the time now I won't be ordering from here now more! Hire new workers!! View all feedback.
The food was not packaged well and was cold. I only ate the egg rolls.
I ordered the teriyaki chicken but it didn't come with any teriyaki sauce. It seems like they missed the point of the dish. I thought that would have been included, but I guess it's not automatically assumed.
The portion of fried rice on the plate was disappointingly small. Considering the price charged, it would be reasonable to expect a fuller container of rice.
This Panda location is consistently great. The drive-thru line is never long, they are quick with taking orders, and the food is always made fresh to order.
This restaurant offers sustainable packaging that is compostable! It is conveniently located next to a headquarters, offering unique cooking specialties like beef with chayote, glazed pork ribs, and garlic chicken, among other delicious options. A must-visit for Panda Express fans!
