On February 27 I special ordered a cake and when I went to pick it up it wasn't even made. The manager did feel bad and returned our money back and gave us a cake from the freezer. The problem is that the manager should have credited my mother's credit card account, not given use cash back. Now we have to pay for a special order cake we didn't get.
