I told the cashier that I ha... read more I stopped by Dunkin' on Saturday morning and used the drive-thru. When I reached the window, I noticed my iced coffee looked green. I told the cashier that I hadn't ordered that, but she insisted that was my order with a splash of caramel mixed in and refused to fix it. If I tell you it's wrong and you won't correct it, forcing me to accept something I won't drink, what do you call that? Truly disappointing. I won’t be returning.

The person in front of me only ordered two items, so the long wait was totally unnecessary. They've definitely lost a customer.

Even when I struggled to finish my order, they never rushed me. Later, at the pay/pickup window, I accidentally ordered the wrong drink, but they handled it without any fuss and quickly corrected it. Thank you both, and keep up the excellent work!

I've actually earned a free beverage of any size, which I plan to redeem on Monday morning. The servers are very friendly, and my orders usually come out quickly. Additionally, the restroom is well-kept.
