Staff can be rude especially when customers present their Dunkin' Rewards QR code and the offer had not been recognized. Other than that, coffee and food items ordered have been good.

James does a really good job and managing a lot of orders by himself. He's very respectful and does a good job making my beverage every time.

Very rude staff and burnt hash browns. When we asked about hash brow Are burnt can you replace it. The answer is very rude way saying that?s how we do the hash browns

Always good service. They treat you as they helped you before most of their customers are regular. Nice short space to get a good coffee.
