I don't know her na... read more I would like to express how disappointed I am with the service of a rude lady working at the front desk (Portuguese lady who wears glasses). I don't know her name and I wouldn't like to know because I believe people like her shouldn't work with others. It's not the first time she has been extremely rude and very disrespectful to me again today! I regret that a bakery I really enjoy going to has people like her working! I visited the bakery as I always do on Sundays, and she treated me differently as soon as she saw me. Today, once again, she was extremely rude. I ordered a cheese sandwich, a baguette, and a large éclair. However, she treated me poorly, simply because I mentioned that I wanted a large éclair, mimicking me for possibly mispronouncing it in her mind. This is total disrespect towards the customer. You receive many Brazilians, Spaniards, and people who don't speak the correct pronunciation, but she shouldn't play around with that. You should choose better and more competent people to work at the front desk.
