Domino's Pizza - Rosedale

I am consistently delighted with this restaurant. I order from them so often; it's almost unbelievable. The food is delicious and always fresh, even though I tend to pick it up 20 minutes later than planned, haha. I felt compelled to leave a review because it truly brightens my day!

I was really looking forward to enjoying my pepperoni on one side and steak with green peppers on the other. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. When I got home and opened the box, it turned out to be just cheese with pepperoni. I was really disappointed!

I went to pick up my order, but three employees informed me that there was no order under my phone number. After showing them my order number on my phone, they were finally able to locate it. While I understand that mistakes happen, I was disappointed with the lack of customer service at Domino's. None of the employees offered an apology. Additionally, I ordered garlic breadsticks, and they weren't even cut. In a previous order, I requested baked cinnamon with the dip, but there was only one spoonful of dip in the container.

This evening, I ordered delivery and was quite surprised to find a baby in the box when I opened it for dinner! Additionally, neither of the two pizzas I ordered had labels indicating my special requests (toppings, sauces, etc.), and one of the pizzas didn’t even have the correct toppings. It seems that this mix-up may have happened inadvertently on the driver's part, resulting in us receiving the wrong order. It’s worth noting that I redeemed my points for these pizzas. I recommend being cautious when ordering from here in the future.

I'm always thrilled with this place! I order from here so often it's unbelievable. The food is delicious and consistently fresh, even if I always end up picking it up 20 minutes late! I just had to leave a review because it really makes my day.
